About the Role:
The Backoffice team plays a crucial role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to strengthening our work.

This position involves a variety of tasks, including:

  • Ensuring quality control and sending assignments to the network
  • Providing expertise in case management and supporting agents in their development
  • Maintaining communication with customers, workshops, and partners
  • Closely following up on ongoing cases
  • Arranging additional services such as replacement vehicles, taxis, hotels, and organizing repatriation
