Responsibilities
- Analyze, map, and improve internal workflows with a focus on business value and scalability
- Take ownership of the entire process development journey — from identifying issues to implementing better practices
- Lead and support operational improvement initiatives that strengthen performance and enable future growth
- Support and drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives across all Viking departments, ensuring consistency and efficiency beyond regional operations
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- 2+ years’ experience in business development, operations, or consulting, with exposure to process work
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Comfortable challenging established practices and asking “why” as well as “how"
- Ability to translate operational insight into actions that improve both efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborative and proactive—able to work across teams and engage stakeholders at different levels
- Fluent in English. Nordic language skills are a plus but not required

Practicalities
The position is based in our office in either Torrevieja or Fuengirola, with some travel between our Spanish offices and to the Nordics. The role reports to Head of Project Management Office & Business Development in Viking Assistance Group.
